Thanks for the blood

People all around the world are donating blood all the time.And if you are one of those people then good on you because your blood has just saved some ones life.in fact now there is an app that sends you a thank you when your blood has been used.The program began 3 years ago and started in Sweden , and has had such good feed back that is now used all through the country and world.

MY OPINION :I think it is a great idea because it shows how thankful people are and encourages the donors to donate again.

Dog's jumping rope

Did you know that some dog's in Japan just broke the world record of jumping rope.We all know that it is really hard to jump rope with heaps of people right.Well these dogs can do it, and there are 13 of them.It's hard to believe right.If you don't believe me the here are some photo's.
 My opinion:I think it really cool ad it proves that dogs are just as smart as people.

Cannabis oil

The Associate health manager peter dune has approved the one use of cannabis oil in NZ it can now be used for medical reasons.A man called Alex Renton is 19 and suffers from epilepsy witch causes him to have repetitive seizures.With other medicine being exhausted,NZ doctors have decided that non-medical treatment may be Alex's only hope.But the cannabis oil they think will work has never been used on a human in New Zealand for epilepsy,so it is a risky decision.But in the US it is legal and has been proven that use of the oil has relieved some forms of epilepsy.It is expected the the oil might arrive in the US about next Friday.



My Opinion: I think if it has helped people it should be legal every where.

What am I now curious about: I want to know how something can be bad for people but if mad into a oil is good.

My soccer reaflection

What new skills did I learn in our sessions:I learned how to hit the ball with my head properly.

What was my favourite game: My favourite game would have to be side line soccer, because it is easy to learn and fun to play.

What position did I enjoy playing the most: I liked defence because every one is in the middle try to get the ball, so if some one kicks it you are like the only one down that end so you can get a turn with the ball.And also I don't want to play in the middle because there are so many people so you are likely to get kicked.

Do I think I put 100% into our practises, what could I do differently next time:I think I only put in 70% because I find it boring so I am always talking to my friend.I think I should not stand by my friend so I can focus on the game.

What do I think I improved the most on? That would be my aiming,because I always used to just kick at the ball and most of the time I missed.

What did I enjoy most about our soccer units? I like how everyone worked as a team and encouraged each other.

How could the soccer units be improved for next time? Maybe the teachers can search up some more games so that we have a wider range of options.

A strawberry moon is when the earth lies between the moon and sun.Each month's full moon has a different meaning and name.June's full moon is called a strawberry moon because it's  a short season, and strawberries get harvested then.However in Europe strawberries are not native.So their's is called the rose moon Think you can guess why.While we are talking about the moon did you know that it is really rare to have a full moon and Friday 13th .

Lego hotel

Did you know A new hotel has opened in Florida.And it's not made out of concrete or wood.It's actually made out of LEGO!!! that's right lego who would have thought. There is four sections Lego friends,Adventure,kingdom and Pirate.It sounds really cool right they even have a pool.Here are some pics.
