Have you ever eaten a bagel I haven't but you might have though.When some one says bagel I think about a plan old brown one, but a Brooklyn based bakery has taken the classic brown bagel and added in some rainbow.Thats right they are making rainbow bagels ! .First they make the dough and add a splash of neon colour.Then they roll them out and stack them, and it looks just like play dough.Then they cut it  roll it up and then shape and put them in the oven.If you would like to see the video go to Dogo news and search Rainbow bagels.I thought that you guys would like to see some pictures, so I put some down the bottom.
