This week I have put more fruit in my lunch box and have actually eaten it all. one of my goals was to eat more fruit during the day and I feel that I have achieved this goal.
One of my goals was to go to bed at 8:30 so that I have enough energy for that next day.I am not sure if I have achieved this goal because I went to bed at 10:00 on Monday and 9:30 on Tuesday but I did go to bed at 8:30 on Wednesday night.
The last Goal I have was to take more brain brakes, I think I have achieved this goal because last week I did not have any brain brakes but this week I have had two.
