My goals for this week
- I am going to put two or more pieces of fruit and vegetables in my lunch box and actually eat them instead of eating one and putting the other one back.
- I am going to go to bed at 8:30 so that I have enough sleep for the day and am not yawning all the time and can focus on my learning.
- Take more brain brakes so that my brain can function better and I am not sitting down for ages.
